Original shipping charges will not be credited nor included in the exchange.

Ordering & Proofing

Below is a summary of our ordering and proofing process

for customized stationary.

1. Customize

 Complete the questionnaire with all your customized items, then complete your wording. PDM will create a listing for your order. 

2. Proofs

 Personalized proofs designed in your colors and wording will be emailed within 2 business days for your review. 

3. Revisions

 You'll work 1 on 1 with your specialized designer to perfect your stationary. Wording, colors,and minor layout adjustments can be completed. 

4. Approval

 Once you're happy with your proofs, you give your final approval via email. We don't print until you say so! 

5. Printing

 Your order will be delicately printed with precision. Standard printing and assembly takes 6 business days. 

6. Delivery

 Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped via the shipping method of your choice.
